Summary: The Death Eater's are on their way to Bill and Fleur's wedding and Hermione, Harry and Ron make their escape, with a slight twist.
Author's Note: Brief scene from a new WIP I am working up an outline for.

The last thing Hermione saw before Apparating, one hand tight on Ron, the other Harry, was Sirius pushing wedding guests roughly out of his way as he charged forward, hair escaping his tight pony tail and whipping wildly around his face. The look in his sharp, wary eyes was furious, the pale grey darkened to hard steel and trained on her. Amid the chaotic, panicked screaming she couldn’t make out the words moving his lips and she wasn’t altogether sure she wanted to know either. He was shouting at them, at her, wand raised in one hand, the other attempting to free his body of the formal outer robes as his feet pounded in their direction.

The pressing force of the Apparition stole her breath as she spun, the last thing she heard as she concentrated on their destination was her name on Sirius’ lips. She nearly forgot the name of the street, so startled was she by the rough, desperate edge of panic and worry in his angered voice.
