Well I'm still phoneless, and then yesterday my computer decided it would be nifty to have issues with the power supply. I'm took it into Frye's and the diagnostic alone is $70.00 and I am still horrendous with money (meaning I live on fast food), something I never used to do. So I came home and messed with the cord and I've got it working, obviously.
Anyway, it will likely continue to give me problems, and I am currently phoneless so my when it is working I will be working on the fanfiction that I owe to a few fests because if I lose the computer all together I want those obligations met.
I do have good news though, I got my pay bump. It will show on my next paycheck. I got pushed into one of the highest slots they had available which feels nice. If my computer does leave me, I'll be able to either fix it or by another. But the time in between could be inconvenient.
The other thing that has me grinning is that while my head is full of stories for Sirius, I have never had an original idea for a story, and there seems to be one taking shape. I mean, I've always told myself stories. Growing up it was a place to escape to but none of it is something I would want written down. I did try once but it felt like a betrayal so I stopped. But this story I'm brewing is interesting to me, and not so personal that I wouldn't want to share. My main character and I are still mulling it over but I like him, despite the fact he's evil and not very nice at all.
So, if I'm a bit hard to reach, I apologize.
