I won't be around to discuss it for a couple of days-- I'm leaving in the morning for a vacation but we can talk about it when I get back.
I guess I have organized fests before, but only very small secret santas, if that counts. I've organized a few secret santas in various fandoms, but not in this one obviously or you'd have heard of it. Hmm, not too early to do that though.
